Community Involvement

At Trail Appliances, we know our community is the foundation of our business. Without the community, we wouldn't be the company we are today. That is why Trail Appliances takes the time to say thank you and return that support.

We receive an overwhelming number of requests for donations and sponsorships benefiting many worthy causes and donate to over 100 organizations per year.

Requests which follow the procedures below will be reviewed individually and receive equal consideration.

Request Procedure

ALL requests must be made in writing, on official letterhead, listing the following information:

Full name of organization

Name, phone number and email of the contact person

Non-profit or tax identification number

A brief summary of the organization and those who benefit from it - as well as the cities it operates in.

Details of the event, including its date and beneficiaries

ALL requests must be sent no less than three weeks before the event.
